Not an Emergency, Legal, or Government Service
Mirebalais Forward is a peaceful civic and cultural platform. It is not an emergency hotline, law enforcement system, humanitarian response center, legal service, political party, or government agency.
User Submissions Are Reviewed
No visitor content publishes automatically. Submissions may be rejected, edited for safety, anonymized, labeled, held for review, or removed at any time. Publication is never guaranteed.
Prohibited Submissions
Do not submit threats, calls for violence, private addresses, live locations, phone numbers, names of vulnerable people without permission, unverified accusations, emergency reports, defamatory claims, or information that could help anyone target a person or family.
No Verification Promise
Community memories, historical contributions, and protected-source material may be incomplete or pending review. The site will use labels such as Needs Review, Community Memory, Historical Contribution, Public Source, and Protected Source when appropriate.
Donation Support
Donation support, when enabled, must be processed through a secure external provider. Mirebalais Forward does not collect card numbers or bank information on this website and is not presenting this Phase 1 website as a tax-exempt charity. Do not treat support as tax-deductible unless official written documentation confirms that status.
No Warranties
The website is provided as-is for general civic, cultural, and educational purposes. Mirebalais Forward does not promise that all information is complete, current, error-free, or suitable for any specific purpose.
